Located about 1,5 km from the town of Guardistallo, this property offers a beautiful view of the countryside and the coast. The apartment has been recently renovated and is very comfortable. Outdoors, guests have exclusive use of the garden and pool. The friendly, helpful owners live on the first floor of the house.
The property's location is within easy reach of many beaches (both free and equipped) along the Tuscan coast (Cecina, Bibbona, Donoratico, San Vincenzo) and the charming surrounding towns (Montescudaio, Casale Marittimo, Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, etc…).
Access to the house is via a short section of unpaved road in good condition and suitable for all vehicles.
