Casa Riva is a fantastic seafront apartment in the charming town of San Vincenzo, on the Tuscan coast.
The apartment’s truly unique location is right on the sea: the terrace gate leads directly onto the beach! The town of San Vincenzo offers shops of all kinds and excellent restaurants just steps away from the apartment, and there is a supermarket 150 meters away.
On the beach below Casa Riva there is a beach club (with bar and restaurant), as well as a free access beach. Casa Riva guests have the use of an umbrella and two sun loungers at the beach club below: this service is free of charge, but only available when the beach club is open (the season usually runs from the beginning of June to the end of September).
Casa Riva is located in a stately old building subdivided into 4 apartments. The apartment occupies the lower ground floor (6 steps down), so it stays at a pleasant temperature even on the hottest days. The living room has French doors that face a small pocket terrace at the back of the house, which is also where the parking lot is; the bedrooms have high windows.
If you are looking for a house on the sea, this special house on the beach is for you: the sunsets from the private terrace are unforgettable. A private outdoor area furnished with 2 sun loungers, and a table with chairs and an umbrella is exclusively for guests.
The town of San Vincenzo is located on the Tuscan coast, and this beach house vacation rental is convenient for visiting the area’s most important places of interest such as Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Monteverdi Marittimo, the Gulf of Baratti, and Calidario di Venturina (thermal spa). The port of Piombino, with daily ferries to Elba Island, is less than 30 km away.

the only negative thing is that it doesn´t say anywhere that it is a souterrain flat - nevertheless it is cool and enough space.

Ottima posizione, direttamente in spiaggia. Dal terrazzo si possono ammirare meravigliosi tramonti sul mare.
Unica nota: un solo bagno è un po’ limitante.

Appartamento bello, come da descrizione, fronte mare. A due passi dalla zona pedonale del centro di San Vincenzo. Supermercato e vari negozi a due minuti a piedi. Tutto comodo. Ottima la pulizia. Lo consiglio
