Cuccardino is a nice holiday house rental with private swimming pool located in the countryside near Marina di Bibbona and Cecina on the Tuscan Coastline.
Obtained from a former barn, the house has been furnished following the typical rustic style of country houses in Tuscany. Thanks to its 2 bedrooms and its common areas, the villa can accommodate up to 6 people .
Outside, a well-kept and partly terraced garden offers a beautiful private swimming pool and a barbecue area equipped with table and chairs to comfortably organize your meals outdoor. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view over the surrounding countryside and the nature.
Cuccardino's position is perfect for those who want to spend a peaceful and quiet holiday, as well as for those who want to easily reach the nearby beaches of Marina di Bibbona and Cecina, the villages of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci and all the most important cities of tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Pisa.

Wij zijn hier met ons gezin een weekje verbleven. De locatie vonden we super, super mooi gelegen aan de rand van een natuurgebied en op wandelafstand van het dorpje Bibbona. Het huisje zelf is basic, maar charmant. Het was wel heel proper en praktisch ingedeeld, meer heb je niet nodig! Wij hebben ook vooral genoten van de omgeving en het heerlijke zwembad.

Charismatisches kleines Ferienhaus mit Pool auf großem Grundstück, ideal für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Uns hat es dort gefallen und wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Küchenausstattung könnte vervollständigt werden (mehr Töpfe mit Deckel, Salz/Pfeffer, Öl). Die Poolfolie sieht auch nicht mehr ganz schick aus.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer phantastischen Lage. Sehr gepflegtes Grundstück mit tollem Pool. Der Verwalter und seine Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ein tolles Feriendomizil.

House equipment could have been better and the bathroom wasn't really clean. Besides that, excellent location, great outside area, nice pool. Suited for 4 people (6 would be a bit uncomfortable as there is only a sleeping sofa in the living room, which isn't too big).

Just returned from 2 weeks in this wonderful villa. The villa is just a 2 minute drive from the local village which has restaurants and shops but is set in a beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by olive groves. The views are fantastic and the pool is perfect. Would definitely recommend. Sleeps 4 comfortably and the air conditioning was fantastic at night.

wir haben Cuccardino 2 Wochen lang im heißen Juni genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, nun komplett mit insektenschutzgittern und klimaanlage ausgestattet. der pool ist herrlich und wird jeden tag gereinigt. man ist mitten in der natur, aber nur einen kurzen fussweg von dorf entfernt. mit vorsicht zu befahren ist leider die Einfahrt (vor allem beim Ausfahren), da sich direkt danach eine uneinsehbare kurve befindet und die strasse doch stärker befahren ist, als angenommen. wir haben unseren urlaub auf jeden fall wirklich genossen, haben uns in Casa Cuccardino sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Vacanza perfetta. Meraviglioso. Silenzioso. Ventilato. Panorama e dintorni straordinari e unici. Mancano i canali italiani alla TV, ma è comunque un piccolo problema. L'intonaco delle pareti tende a scrostarsi e andrebbe ripreso e rimesso a posto. Sarebbe utile avere più lampade luminose, magari un lampadario o una piantana o, magari, luci più forti. Le zanzariere delle camere sono rotte ai lati e lo erano già lo scorso anno.Piscina meravigliosa e ben mantenuta e curata. il sig. Pellegrini è una persona gentilissima e disponibile al massimo.

Casa piccola ma graziosa. Silenziosa e in un contesto decisamente tranquillo con un bellissimo panorama intorno.
La zona piscina è curatissima e ogni mattina viene pulita da un giardiniere.
Il patio davanti alla casa è molto carino ed è possibile utilizzarlo sia per il pranzo che per la cena perché in quelle ore è in ombra ed è quindi molto confortevole.
Le uniche cose da migliorare sono il bagno che è un pochino troppo piccolo e il rubinetto del lavandino perde, alcune zanzariere che risultano rotte e quindi non possono avere alcuna funzione protettiva dagli insetti, nonché la tv che, nonostante sia una tvsat, ha un'antenna non orientata verso i canali italiani.
In generale però Cuccardino è un luogo dove è possibile rilassarsi appieno, godere della campagna Toscana e respirare aria pura.
Una casina dove vale la pena ritornare.

La posizione è veramente ottima, per chi ama la tranquillità. La vista è eccezionale. Bibbona è un paese che conserva una impronta genuina. La piscina è ben curata: ogni giorno passa un simpaticissimo addetto a controllare e sistemare ogni cosa. La casa, pur grande e molto pulita, è abbastanza essenziale come servizi. Il bagno è piccolo e così il vano doccia. Ci sarebbe qualche manutenzione da fare: rubinetti, zanzariere, impianto elettrico. Ma niente che non si possa risolvere con poco. E in ogni caso abbiamo passato una settimana fantastica.

Pretty small country cottage, comfortably furnished and very quiet. The perfect place to spend a beautiful and varied holiday with children, because you are fast on beaches and in the most beautiful places. Bolgheri is amazing! We have never seen such avenues.

Pretty house in a great landscape! We drove a lot through the area and to the beautiful old etruscan villages. In the afternoon we jumped into the beautiful swimming pool and have often grilled outside. Life has taken place for us almost only outside, in wonderful peace. We are very relaxed!

Das Haus war schön für 2 Paare. Wir sind sehr gut beraten worden von den Besitzern was Restaurants und auch Strände betrifft. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und fast vor dem Massentourismus versteckte Ecken kennengelernt.

Schönes Häuschen, nette Gastgeber, gute Beratung und guter Preis. Das Haus ist so gelegen , dass man schnell einkaufen gehen und auch den Strand und andere Orte erreichen kann. Die Fotos werden dem Haus nicht gerecht; es ist Schöner als dargestellt.
