This fabulous 3-floor villa offers splendid sea and island views. With 3 bedrooms and many common areas, Villa Vicina can accommodate up to 7 people. It has been simply and tastefully furnished in characteristic Brac Island style, and offers all modern amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, and appliances.
Outside are the villa’s best features: surrounding the house are furnished terraces with fruit trees, a lounge, a dining area, and even a lovely pool. This is the ideal place for enjoying meals and drinks al fresco, or whiling away hot summer days by the pool, as an alternative to the beaches nearby. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, chairs, a barbecue, and a play area with trampoline and ping-pong table for old and young alike.
Villa Vicina is close to the sea and beach, as well as restaurants and shops. The harbor is within easy reach, for trips exploring Dubrovnik, Split and other Croatian islands such as Hvar. The island is ideal for relaxation, but also for sports like cycling, kayaking, hiking and sailing!
