Saltwater pool and panoramic exterior
The commanding position provides an uninterrupted, front-row view of the bay and the historic island of Spinalonga. The outdoor area is centred around a majestic 16 x 5 metre private saltwater pool, designed for both relaxation and swimming. The exterior is completed by an equipped sun terrace, a barbecue area and large covered verandas designed for group alfresco dining.

The three-storey layout ensures optimal space management for large groups. The presence of three different kitchens/kitchenettes and massive reception rooms allows for great flexibility. The sleeping quarters are separated to ensure quietness, with the second floor acting as an autonomous space, ideal for those requiring extra peace.

- Ground Floor: Living room with fireplace, equipped secondary kitchen (ideal for serving the pool area). Two double bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers), one standard double bedroom, one independent bathroom with shower. Direct access to the garden and pool.
- First Floor: Main entrance, large open-plan living area with formal reception and dining rooms. Large separate main kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) with access to a colossal covered veranda. Master bedroom (king-size bed) with veranda access and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Guest cloakroom (WC).
- Second Floor: Autonomous and quiet space consisting of a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower) and a kitchenette with dining area. Access to a covered terrace with panoramic views of Spinalonga.

Die Villa Marina ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen,

Es ist nicht einmal möglich einen Film zu schauen
da alles über das Internet funktionieren sollte was aber absolut nicht geht.
Auch sonst war ich bei der Villa von der Einrichtung eher enttäuscht.

Fantastic villa, beautiful location and outstanding service...an amazing experience in beautiful Elounta! The villa is even better in person than in pictures with loads of space - both inside and out - to relax, explore and play. Our family loved spending time in the morning and after our day's adventures hanging out by the pool, taking in the scenery and enjoying the overall experience. Kostas, the local property manager, was incredibly helpful and super responsive. There's so much to love about this very special house and town. We're already planning our next visit to Villa Marina!

Villa Marina è diventato il nostro posto del cuore, ci siamo sentiti in una favola.
La posizione panoramica della Villa offre una vista completa sulla baia sottostante, svegliarsi la mattina e vedere dalla finestra di camera il sole che affiora dal mare non ha prezzo!
Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente gli ampi spazi, soprattutto il salone: ci sembrava di essere su una nave da crociera.
Gli interni sono dotati di tutti i comfort, le camere sono veramente grandi, alcune dotate addirittura di salottino e solarium privati.
Gli esterni ben attrezzati, nota molto positiva per la cucina esterna e per la cena tipica organizzata dal proprietario!
Se siete alla ricerca di privacy e tranquillità è la soluzione perfetta, nonostante la posizione panoramica il paese di Elounda e le spiagge si trovano a pochi minuti di macchina!
Abbiamo già prenotato per il prossimo anno.

We loved the villa! The property was at a beautiful location with one of the best views i have seen in Elounda and the villa was in excellent condition, spotless and with all necessary amenities! The housekeeper was extremely accommodating and provided us with any necessary amenities we had requested! We will certainly be back again and thank you Konstantine again for all your help!

The house looks amazing in the pictures and then we arrived and we realized it looks ten times better in real life!! The view is breathtaking, there are many sitting areas, many balconies, every window has a view of the sea. The house is very clean and well designed. And on the top of that, the hosts were communicative, pleasant, and had good recommendations. Any guest that will arrive there would like to come back. Thank you for the special experience, you made us feel like a royal family for a week :) Kaden and all the family.
