The vacation villa rental sits at the top of a hill, offering panoramic views of the sea and the countryside below: the villa is completely independent and ideal for a tranquil, relaxing vacation.
Villa Gianna offers two floors, 4 bedrooms, all amenities and modern furnishings. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
This splendid vacation villa rental is surrounded by a large garden with characteristic Mediterranean shrub trees and plants. Villa guests can enjoy time outdoors by the beautiful private pool; the elegant veranda next to the kitchen; the stone table among the olive trees; and the barbecue area behind the house. The small church of Agios Ioannis Erimitis, which was built by the current owner’s father, is also part of the property. There is even a two-hole mini golf course in the shade of a large tree behind the house.
The villa’s strategic location is within easy reach of the coastal beaches, as well as characteristic inland villages.

Wir waren als 5 köpfige Familie Anfang September in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit auf dem Anwesen. Alles ist vorhanden. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Ausstattung und es ist noch schöner, als auf den Bildern. Die Villa ist makellos sauber und wurde in unseren 12 Tagen Aufenthalt 2 mal komplett gereinigt.
Der Eigentümer kümmert sich um den Garten und überrascht häufig mit frischen Obst, Gemüse oder Eiern.
Absolut fantastisch war auch der Willkommenskorb mit vielen Leckerein und eine kleine Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln im Kühlschrank! Die Betten sind super und die Lage der Villa einmalig.
Wir möchten uns auch dafür bedanken, dass Sie 2 tolle Hochstühle für die Kinder besorgt haben und sogar noch ein Reisebettchen hingestellt haben.
Wir hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

This was the perfect villa for me my family of 5 and my in laws. The location is a beautiful spot with Mountain View’s as far as the eye can see. The pool, bbq and garden area was immaculate. The only thing that I would have changed was the beds are abit hard but the rest of the villa made up for this. We plan to book again for next year

La villa est magnifique, propre et super bien aménagée et équipée, tout est parfait ! La communication avec les propriétaires est très facile. L'accueil est très agréable : un panier de bienvenue nous attendait avec quelques produits locaux et quelques denrées nécessaires était offertes, ce qui nous a fait plaisir lors de notre arrivée très tardive (café, thé, lait, jus, pain, confiture, beurre, épices, eau,..). La villa toutefois isolée est bien située à 15 minutes des premières plages. La piscine permet de passer des moments paisibles entre quelques excursions ou visites ne nécessitant généralement pas trop de route en voiture (nécessaire). Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la villa !

We all enjoyed the house very much. It was nice and clean, pool was at a good temperature and clean, AC in every room, lovely people that left us some drinks and bread. And the homemade rakya, olive oil, tomatoes, herbs. Recommending 10/10!!! There was a leak issue in the bathroom. Taken care of right away!! Super service. Definitely revisiting this place soon.

an absolutely charming place with a beautiful garden, olive grove, swimming pool, 2 terraces and a beautiful view of the mountains house was fully equipped and a welcome gift with local products and herbs was waiting for us we felt like we were in a fairy tale and our stay there will remain in our memories for a long time

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab es alles was wir brauchten und Georgia und ihre Eltern waren wirklich unglaublich freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Es wurde zwischendurch gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher. Unsere Gruppe war sehr glücklich über den tollen Urlaub in der tollen Villa! Vielen Dank!!!! :)
