The villa is set over two convenient levels and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

• Ground Floor: The entrance opens into a spacious living area comprising a lounge with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with a dishwasher, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster and a highchair. The kitchen offers direct access to the garden, whilst the lounge connects to the veranda. This level also features a double bedroom with direct access to the veranda and a complete bathroom fitted with a shower.
• First Floor: The upper level is dedicated to rest and features a bright study area connected to a balcony with panoramic sea and town views. The sleeping quarters consist of a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, and two further bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds.
