Villa Seiri is a vacation villa rental with a private pool in Crete, in Apokoronas, Chania. It is nestled in the peaceful Cretan countryside just 2 km from the sea.
Villa construction was completed in 2025. It is very welcoming, bright and comfortable, with rustic style furnishings. Villa Seiri has two floors, 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 4/6 people: it is perfect for a vacation with family or friends.
The fantastic location offers spectacular views of the sea and sunset.
On the grounds, there is an area furnished with a barbecue, an outdoor dining table, and a private pool where you can cool off on summer days and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside; splendid panoramic views of Crete’s crystal clear sea are the icing on the cake.
The villa is part of a scenic group of 3 independent villas, each with a private pool. In addition to Villa Seiri there are Villa Lavidona and Villa Falcos (all 3 villas are part of our rental catalogue): the three villas can be rented all together for a group of friends or a family reunion.
Privacy and independence are guaranteed when the villas are rented separately: each villa has its own entrance, garden and private pool.
From the villa you can reach important places of interest, like Chania and Rethimno, cities of Venetian origin with romantic city centers, and seaside promenades with shops, and traditional restaurants and tavernas where you can taste Greek cuisine.
Nature lovers shouldn’t miss Crete’s largest natural freshwater lake: Lake Kournas. Here you can rent small rowboats and canoes to explore the clear waters.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa is in an excellent location with breathtaking views. It’s conveniently situated near both Chania and Rethymno, and the beautiful Almyrida Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. The villa was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including all kitchen essentials. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats, including drinks and snacks provided by our host. The host was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home from the very beginning. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely choose this villa again on our next holiday in Crete. Highly recommended!

Super Lage mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Einzige Mangelpunkte: sehr wenig Besteck und undichte Fenster oder Türen bei Regen aus nördlicher Richtung. Ansonsten einwandfrei.

הייתה לנו שהות נהדרת ! הבית יפה מאוד, מעוצב ברמה מאוד גבוה והכל בטוב טעם. הנוף יפיפה ושווה את הכל. רוב היום בילינו במרפסת… היו מאוד אדיבים איתנו ודאגו לכל מה שביקשנו כולל מזרן נוסף בקומה העליונה ומיטת תינוק ואפילו אמבטיית תינוק! חשוב לציין כי הסלון מאוד קטן ולא ממש השתמשנו בו כי הוא לא נוח למנוחה. כמו כן אם אתם באים יותר מ4 אנשים זה נראה לי צפוף מדיי, נכון שיש מזרנים בסלון אבל זה בית מאוד קומפקטי… תודה על שהות נהדרת!
