Très belle villa finie récemment et piscine très agréable. La villa est bien située par contre nécessite une voiture. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser les 3 salles de bain et une seule était vraiment fonctionnelle à cause d’un problème d’air dans une canalisation qui fait que les 2 salles de bain a l’étage n’avait pas de pression. Le propriétaire a été réactif pour nous expliquer. Il nous a proposé de nous offrir un tour de sport aquatique pour compenser mais à chaque fois que je l’appelais son site était fermé..Donc je suis un peu déçu de cela même si je comprends que c’est indépendant de sa volonté. Après, une fois que cela sera réparé, la maison est très bien avec tout le confort et la piscine comme l’extérieur sont aussi très bien.

We really enjoyed the Villa, as we have been the first renters! :) The house is absolutely awesome, great interior design and highly comfortable. The pool is quite long and has a shallow pool for Little Kids, which is amazing.
And we had Great contact with Nikos, who cared for us so well and answered all of our questions very carefully and quickly. Only points were that there was something up with the water pressure in the showers (but it is possible that this had something to do with the water pipes in the area) and the kitchen equipment could have been a bit better, but Nikos said that they will buy more gadgets and equipment soon. Last thing- there is a small street in Front of the House where Young People sometimes drive along quite loud with their motorbikes, but all in all, the location is amazing- quite but though very close to Lake Kournas and Georgioupoli by car. Dream house!
