This villa in Greece was completely renovated in 2025. The modern, tastefully furnished interiors are very comfortable.
The two-story villa has 8 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 16/18 people.
On the grounds, Villa Serenity offers a garden with an outdoor dining area, a hot tub with a waterfall, and a brand new private pool. The pool of this beautiful vacation villa in Crete is the perfect place to cool off and relax on sunny summer days. The views of the surrounding landscape extend to the sea, and the fantastic sunsets will be unforgettable moments during your vacation in Greece.
This villa’s central location is within an easy drive of Crete’s most famous area, and a base for exploring the entire island: don’t miss Chiana and Rethimno, cities with Venetian origins; and the charming villages scattered here and there. Famous Lake Kournas is just 450 meters away: here you can rent small rowboats and explore the lake’s clear waters, take lovely walks, and eat in characteristic tavernas.

We were a big family of 18 people, from 7 months to 75 years, and the experience was absolutely amazing! The villa is brand new, super clean, and has everything you could possibly need. It fit our large, age-diverse group perfectly.
The outdoor area is incredible. Honestly, it is better than any 5-star hotel I’ve stayed in. We spent most of our time going back and forth between the pool and the huge heated jacuzzi right above it.
The location is great too, just a short walk to Lake Kournas with its tavernas and shops. The teens loved going there on their own to rent pedal boats.
Roula, the owner, was wonderful. She was always quick to answer any question and really made sure we felt at home.
If you’re a runner like me, the area is perfect with beautiful countryside routes. And when it got too hot one morning, I was so happy to discover a treadmill upstairs to keep up my daily exercise.
The pictures are nice, but honestly the villa is even more beautiful in person. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Ultra highly recommended!!!

Beautiful villa exactly as advertised. Stand out feature was Roula the owner, she was friendly, helpful and always there if we needed her. It was my wife’s birthday while we were there so she baked us a cake. A really lovely lady and we all agreed we would come here again.

We recently stayed at this villa with a large group of family and friends, and it was honestly one of the best holiday rentals we’ve ever experienced. The space was perfect for a big group – spacious, open, and designed with both comfort and entertaining in mind. Whether we were cooking outdoors, lounging by the pool, or just enjoying the views, everything about the villa made it feel like a true getaway.
The layout was ideal for families, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling disconnected. It’s clear the villa has recently been refurbished to a very high standard – everything felt modern, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor areas were just fantastic for group meals and relaxing evenings.
A special mention has to go to Roula, the owner, who was simply amazing – warm, welcoming, and always on hand if we needed anything. You can really tell she cares about her guests having the best possible experience.
We’d return in a heartbeat and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and well-appointed place to stay with family or friends.

Our group of 12 had an amazing stay at Villa Serenity. The outdoor area with kitchen and pool was absolutely fantastic – perfect for our vacation. Roula was an exceptional host throughout our stay - very friendly, flexible, and helpful with everything we needed. The location is a bit outside the city center, so having a rental car was useful. However, there are nice restaurants nearby, which gave us great options for both dining out and cooking at the villa. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious, well-equipped villa with a friendly and helpful host!
