Świetna willa! Bardzo ładny i nowoczesny dom z fajnym basenem i przepięknym widokiem. Cicha lokalizacja, bardzo czysto, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne, basen był piękny i bardzo czysty, super panoramiczne okna z widokiem na góry, wi-fi bardzo dobre, ekspres do kawy, właściwie wszystko o czym można pomyśleć żeby fajnie spędzić urlop. To coś dokładnie dla mnie- lekkie odosobnienie, przyroda wokół, piękne widoki i elskluzywna willa. Niedaleko do świetnych tawern i do plaży. Super! Dziękujemy Helen i Petros za gościnność, opiekę i przemiły podarek na koniec pobytu.

The villa was beautiful and modern. Excellent cleanliness plus the midweek clean exceeded exceptions.The bedrooms were a decent size, but both beds were creaky. Could have done with more hangers in the bedrooms. Pool was a good size with a lovely view. More remote than expected and we had to drive everywhere. The information before arrival was great and the owner was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. It would be good to have more information in the welcome book e.g. the nearest supermarkets, tavernas, attractions and a reminder about not flushing paper down the toilet.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wie zuhause gefühlt! Es war sehr sehr sauber, Petros hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und beim Empfang sowie Checkout gab es kleine Aufmerksamkeiten. Es fahren nur wenige Autos vorbei, weshalb man seine Ruhe hat. Außerdem ist die Lage perfekt und alles schnell zu erreichen mit einem Auto. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschöne und neue Villa. Topp ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Großartige Sicht von der einmaligen Dachterasse. Sehr nette Vermieter haben uns mit einem Begrüßungspaket wunderbar überrascht. We loved our stay here. We owner Petros did everything to make our stay perfect and was very helpful. So was Eleni who came every week with little gifts. The area is very peaceful and we cooked a few times using the BBQ at the top, admiring the views. Lots to do in the area, visits to Chania or not far to go for a swim. Highly recommended!

Beautiful villa - we loved our stay! Really peaceful neighbourhood with a lovely view over the hills, easy to drive around and see a lot of the area. The pool is great and really refreshing! The hosts left some lovely welcome gifts as well as some when we left which was a really nice touch. They were super responsive to any questions we had. We'd love to come back and throughly recommend this place!

It is impossible to put into words how good this property is or how polite, kind and helpful Petros, Helen and their family were. We'stayed for 10days at the end of July/early August - 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
Villa Kallos is flawless. Finished to an incredibly high standard in a remote hilltop location overlooking the beautiful valley and Sea of Crete. Breathtaking.
A welcome pack of fruit , bread , vegetables, water and wine was an indicator of how professional Petros and his family are. And we were given a beautiful gift on our departure.
If you want a holiday that's peaceful in a remarkable property within easy drive of little villages , Chania, Almyrida and Rethymno , look no further.

This place should be renamed Villa Paradise.

Zusammengefasst eine absolute Empfehlung! Eine wunderschöne Villa der es an nichts fehlt, in absolut ruhiger Lage. Gelegen oberhalb eines kleinen Bergdorfs, sieht man nur ab und zu Einheimische die vorbei fahren. Während wir eine Spaziergang gemacht haben, hat ein älterer Mann extra angehalten, um sich vorzustellen. Generell kommt ein freundliches „kaliméra“ immer gut an. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in 5 Fahrminuten erreichbar und hat alles was man so braucht. Schöne Strände und Restaurants sind auch in 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Da man schnell auf der A90 ist, kann man sehr gut auch entferntere Aktivitäten starten. Wer abends gerne zu Fuß ins Nachtleben einer Stadt starten möchte, ist hier natürlich nicht richtig. Für alle die Ruhe & Privatsphäre bevorzugen ist es ein absoluter Traum! Großer Dank geht an Helen & Petros, die uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut betreut haben. Inklusive frischem Obst aus dem eigenen Garten zur Begrüßen und als Nachschlag bei der Zwischenreinigung. Danke!!!

Eine traumhafte, moderne und sehr neuwertige Villa, der es an nichts fehlt! Weltklasse Pool und sehr moderne Steuerung von Klimaanlage und Beleuchtung. Toller Gastgeber, der uns einen früheren Check-In als in der Beschreibung angegeben ermöglich hat. Sowohl bei der Anreise haben wir tolle Gastgeschenke vorgefunden, als auch bei der Abreise wurden wir mit Kleinigkeiten überrascht. Es wird ein toller Service geboten, wie Reinigung zwischendurch und auch eine Poolreinigung. Einzig die Lage ist etwas ab vom Schuss, da es im Umkreis kaum zu Fuß erreichbar eine Einkaufs- oder Essensmöglichkeit gibt. Allerdings war uns das schon bei der Anreise klar und das hat natürlich auch den Vorteil von kompletter Ruhe während des Aufenthalts. Immer wieder gerne!

Nowa i pięknie urządzona willa w cichej okolicy. Pobyt w Posarelli Villas będziemy napewno długo wspominać. Dom był czysty i zgodny z opisem. Niestety ze względu na pogodę nie mogliśmy skorzystać z basenu, ale to dobry powód aby jeszcze do Was wrócić. Dziękujemy za fantastyczny pobyt i gościnę.

Der Aufenthalt in Villa Kallos auf Kreta war sehr schön und empfehlenswert. In einem ruhigen Dörfchen gelegen, konnte man sehr gut ausspannen und abschalten. Anders, als häufig in Griechenland erlebt, gab es keinen Lärm von Hunden, Eseln etc., so dass man nachts hervorragend schlafen konnte. Die Ausstattung lies an nichts mangeln, das Haus war mit moderner Steuerungstechnik ausgestattet, über das alle Funktionen gesteuert werden konnten. Lediglich das WiFi hätte gerne etwas schneller sein dürfen.

Wir haben eine Woche mit zwei Personen in der Villa Kallos verbracht, und es war wirklich traumhaft! Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sucht, ist dort genau richtig. Die Villa liegt in einem kleinen Dorf etwas erhöht, weswegen man von der Terrasse und vom Pool einen phantastischen Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft hat. Die Ausstattung verfügt über alles, was man im Alltag benötigt: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Toaster, eine Filter- Kaffeemaschine und eine Nespresso- Kaffeemaschine, bis hin zu Bügeleisen, Fön und vieles mehr.
Auch die riesige Dachterrasse ist wunderschön, um sich abends den Sternenhimmel anzuschauen.

Der Pool reinigt sich ca. alle 6 Stunden selbst, und einmal war jemand während unserer Abwesenheit und nach vorheriger Absprache da, um ihn manuell zu reinigen und zu prüfen. Selbiges erfolgte auch mit der Reinigung der Villa und dem Austausch der Handtücher.
In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto auch das nächstgelegene kleine Dorf, in dem ein Mini- Market vorhanden ist, und in dem man sich mit den wichtigsten Dingen eindecken kann.
Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war wirklich top und immer sehr freundlich. Da keine Gäste direkt nach uns dort waren, durften wir am Abreisetag auch noch etwas länger bleiben.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Petros und auch an Helen, die mit uns die Einweisung und auch den Check Out durchgeführt hat, und auch für die Aufmerksamkeit am Anreisetag (ein leckerer frischgebackener Kuchen und eine Flasche Wein), und auch das Geschenk zwischendurch und am Abreisetag.

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, und empfehlen dieses schöne Fleckchen sehr gerne weiter!

Beautiful new and modern, state of the art 1-story villa in a quiet and picturesque area of Crete. Amazing view. All amenities present, very hospitable and friendly owner, personal touches make you feel very welcome. Owner delivered the villa super-clean and stopped by 1-2 times per week to change bed linens and towels. The main east/west highway on the island is within a 5 minute drive. There is no hustle and bustle, no noise, just crickets. Beautiful infinity type pool with steps leading into it. 0.9m deep on the shallow end, about 1.5m on the deep end. 10 meters swimming length and additionally, a whirlpool type section with seats for enjoying drinks and conversation. No actual whirlpool function. Pool is well kept, pool boy visits regularly to clean it out and check water quality.
Excellent home for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Villa was perfect for our little family (2 adults and 2 children). All necessary facilities were available for cooking. Even though the sun wasn't heaten up the pool yet I'm sure that in the summertime it's the perfect place to stay. For us the Villa was located in a very convenient area. Notre séjour à la Villa Kallos était merveilleux et reposant. Elle est très élégante et très belle (encore plus belle que sur les photos), à proximité de toutes les commodités. La villa est ultramoderne équipée d’une domotique dans chaque pièce.Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, serviables, ultraréactifs à tous points de vu, aimables et généreux, nous avons eu l'impression d'être à la maison dans un endroit fantastique. Et la vue ! Magnifique sur les montagnes et la mer. Le point vue est encore plus extraordinaire sur le rooftop de la maison avec sa cuisine intégrée et son barbecue de compétition. Nous avons été accueillie avec beaucoup de générosité et de délicieuses gourmandises crétoises qui ont régalé nos papilles… Je recommande d’y aller les yeux fermés. Nous avons dû partir avec beaucoup de regrets pour mieux revenir.
