It is located on the northern part of the island, just tens of meters away from Almyros beach. The villa has 5 bedrooms and modern, luxurious interiors equipped with all amenities. It can accommodate up to 10 people.

This luxury, top-standard villa is perfect for families or a group of friends looking for an absolutely special vacation on splendid Corfu. Villa Serenissima is a fantastic villa on the sea just steps from sandy beaches and excellent tavernas where you can enjoy traditional Greek food.
Outside, there is a well-tended enclosed garden, a fantastic pool, a play corner for children, a comfortable sun deck, and an outdoor cooking and dining area (equipped with a double refrigerator, ice machine, electric barbecue, oven and wine refrigerator) where you can enjoy Greece’s Mediterranean climate.
The house is very bright inside, and offers brand new, refined furnishings. There is even a well-equipped gym so athletic guests can keep in shape on vacation.

A fabulous luxury villa which is extremely well presented and has everything you could wish for. Location is brilliant with the beach being so close - and we loved being in Almyros which is sandier and quieter than Acharavi. All the information and support provided by Nikos was superb. The mountain views from the pool area are so lovely too. Apart from the mosquitos (especially on the drive to the villa!) it was perfect. Nikos was absolutely brilliant - always checking in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok and double checking before cleaners arrived.

I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. My family and I had a really wonderful holiday. The villa is really well appointed, the facilities and equipment are excellent. The location is perfect with a town close by, proximity to the beach and local restaurants. We are extremely likely to return for another stay in the future. Nikos and the team looked after us like family and gave us great advice and service. We can’t wait to go back.

The villa is newly built and all the spaces are spectacular.
We loved the double kitchen, both inside and outside. The equipment was modern, spacious and there was everything we needed.
The beds were extremely comfortable, we also appreciated the supply of toiletries.
The private gym is complete and very useful.
