Villa Serenissima is a new, 400m² villa located 100 meters from Almyros Beach in Northern Corfu. Built entirely on one level, the house features a minimalist design with large glass walls that bring natural light into every room. It is an independent estate designed for up to 10 guests who want to be steps away from the sea while enjoying a modern, quiet environment.

The villa is designed to ensure you enjoy every aspect of your holiday, regardless of the weather. The property offers full facilities to keep you active and relaxed, rain or shine:
- The Dual Pools: A 21-meter lap pool dominates the garden for sunny Ionian days. Inside, a second heated pool (5m x 3m) is available at no extra cost, ensuring you can swim in total comfort even on an occasional rainy afternoon.
- The Indoor Bar: Adjacent to the living and pool area is a stylish indoor bar. It is the perfect spot to relax and sample local Corfiot wines or prepare a cocktail without leaving the comfort of the villa.
- Fitness & Leisure: Guests have access to a private gym with a treadmill, exercise bike, and TRX. For casual entertainment, the garden also features a ping-pong table and a children's play area.

The interior is bright and open, focused on modern convenience and high-end finishes:
- Social Spaces: A large living area with a fireplace and Smart TV connects to a dining zone and a high-spec kitchen. The kitchen includes professional extras like a wine refrigerator and an espresso machine.
- The Suites: There are five bedrooms in total. Four double suites feature private en-suite bathrooms, while a fifth twin suite has its own separate bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and furnished with refined, contemporary pieces.

- Location: You are a 100-meter walk from the water and within easy reach of traditional tavernas (700m) and the shops of Acharavi (2km).

A fabulous luxury villa which is extremely well presented and has everything you could wish for. Location is brilliant with the beach being so close - and we loved being in Almyros which is sandier and quieter than Acharavi. All the information and support provided by Nikos was superb. The mountain views from the pool area are so lovely too. Apart from the mosquitos (especially on the drive to the villa!) it was perfect. Nikos was absolutely brilliant - always checking in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok and double checking before cleaners arrived.

I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. My family and I had a really wonderful holiday. The villa is really well appointed, the facilities and equipment are excellent. The location is perfect with a town close by, proximity to the beach and local restaurants. We are extremely likely to return for another stay in the future. Nikos and the team looked after us like family and gave us great advice and service. We can’t wait to go back.

The villa is newly built and all the spaces are spectacular.
We loved the double kitchen, both inside and outside. The equipment was modern, spacious and there was everything we needed.
The beds were extremely comfortable, we also appreciated the supply of toiletries.
The private gym is complete and very useful.
