Rebuilt on the foundations of an old farmhouse, this fantastic two level villa rental has 5 bedrooms to accommodate up to 9 people.

all guests can enjoy their own privacy.

The modern interiors are well appointed, with hues and style that were carefully chosen to enhance the old internal structure’s features. The stunning property is nestled in a well-tended lawn of about 1 hectare, bordered by a traditional lime wall. In the large garden there is an elegant pool (heated upon request) with sun loungers and umbrellas. A charming stone path connects it to the villa rental.

By the pool there is a modern gazebo with a dining table. A spacious veranda with pool views, another dining area and a relaxation area, runs along the entire side of the villa. Outside there is also a small children’s playground close to the pool.

Villa Bellavista’s strategic location is just a few kilometers from the sea, so you can relax on sandy beaches along the Adriatic Sea; and just a few kilometers from Ostuni, within easy reach of the charming surrounding villages.

The living room and double bedroom have direct access to the outdoor veranda and the pool.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 60 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
If a booking is cancelled 60 days or less prior arrival, the full rental amount is not refundable.
