The large farmstead rental is made up of 4 units on 2 properties: "La Residenza" and "Il Casalino".

"La Residenza" (16 people): the main, new villa has 7 double bedrooms to accommodate up to 14 people. It has a large pool, and a small rooftop pool. Near the villa there is a beautiful group of trulli that house 1 double bedroom.
"Il Casalino" (8 people): new villa with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers a large pool and an organic vegetable garden. Near the villa there is a charming turret which houses 1 double bedroom.

The entire property can accommodate a total of up to 24 people.

The interiors are very well appointed, simply decorated and mostly white, with large, well-distributed spaces for peacefulness and privacy.

"La Residenza" and "Il Casalino" are nestled in a large, meticulously tended garden with olive trees, succulent plants and paths leading to the various units of this marvelous farmstead rental.

Corte dei Messapi offers two pools (one in front of La Residenza and the other in front of Il Casalino), a large variety of relaxation areas near the buildings, and furnished verandas and covered patios with table and chairs. 2 steps up: 3 double bedrooms, each with king size bed, private bathroom with shower and access to covered veranda with garden and pool views; WC.
Second floor: large terrace with small pool exclusively for guests of the main villa, furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas.

Upper Trullo: wine cellar. Wine will be paid for at check out.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 60 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
If a booking is cancelled 60 days or less prior arrival, the full rental amount is not refundable.
