Villa Civita is a lovely vacation rental offering 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and an enchanted panoramic view over the surrounding landscape. The holiday villa is surrounded by a huge garden (4 hectares) with olive trees, groves and fruit trees.
The village of Civita di Bagnoregio is at 5 km away from the villa rental and is a jewel of history: it has been built upon a tuff hill and the houses date back to the Middle Age. This feature makes it feel like coming back on those times. The hamlet is reachable only on foot via a panoramic bridge.

The living room and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Wir hatten mit zwei Ehepaaren im September eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Civita. Die Lage ist spektakulär, das heimische Olivenöl schmeckt ausgezeichnet, der Pool wird täglich vom Besitzer gereinigt, und da es schon ein wenig kühl war, bekamen wir reichlich Holz für den Kamin gebracht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Anfahrt zum Haus, eine Schotterpiste, für die man ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug braucht und sich doch überlegt, ob und wie oft man zu Besichtigungen losfährt. Die Einrichtung (Möbel im Wohnzimmer und am Pool) könnte auch eine Erneuerung vertragen.

Its location is stunning, very private, huge clean pool. Views over the valley and of the Civita are just as in the photos. Hosts were also very nice, we loved their homemade olive oil. We will be back.

We stayed at this property for New Year´s Eve and we spent one of the most beautiful beginning of the new year ! The structure is fabulous, the place is wonderful and surrounded by greenery great to stay with friends and escape from the noisy city. The house is divided into two floors which are equipped with everything. The owners are very kind and friendly.
The cleanliness is excellent and the comfort is really there. We will definitely be back

Tolle Villa um einfach mal auszuspannen. Wir sind durch die Gegend gefahren und haben sehr viele hübsche Orte gesehen. Orvieto ist fantastisch.
Abends haben wir zusammen gekocht und können nur Komplimente machen für die gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Kamin hat sehr zur Gemütlichkeit beigetragen.

Groot eigendom om zowel Toscane als Umbrië te bezoeken. Er zijn zeer goede restaurants in de buurt, het huis is goed uitgerust en erg gezellig. Het was nog steeds warm genoeg om te zwemmen in het zeer goed onderhouden zwembad.

Die Villa war einzigartig! Überragend schön gelegen mit Blick auf die Tuffstein-Stadt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und die Besitzer sind sehr nette Leute, denen sehr saran gelegen ist den Gästen zu einem perfekten Urlaub zu verhelfen. Vielen herzlich Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!
