Complete renovation of this fantastic villa was completed in December 2025: it is modern and equipped with all amenities. Special attention has been paid to eco-sustainability: there are PV panels and EV charging station, and an efficient underfloor heating and cooling system to maintain a steady, pleasant indoor temperature year round.

Tenuta Poggio Guiano is made up of 5 units which are not connected on the inside, and an annex with a large lounge for relaxing together. There is also a common room equipped with a kitchen and dining area where everyone can cook and eat together. With 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, Tenuta Poggio Guiano can accommodate up to 20 people.
The interiors are welcoming, comfortable, and perfect for a lovely vacation in Italy.
Outside on the grounds, Tenuta Poggio Guiano offers a well-tended garden with a total surface area of about 2.000 m2. It has a gorgeous pool in a scenic spot with views of Lake Bolsena, and is exclusively for guests. The veranda with outdoor dining area is yet another spot perfect for relaxing and cooling off with friends and family on sunny summer days.

The property is nestled in a 20-hectare organic farm with vineyards and hazelnut, olive, and chestnut trees. The owners manage the production of hazelnuts, chestnuts, wine and olive oil themselves.
If you like taking nature walks, there are 3 hectares of woods available to you on the property.

All of this makes Tenuta Poggio Guiano an excellent base for exploring the beauties of “Tuscia”, a vast, age-old area in central Italy. Don’t miss charming villages near Lake Bolsena like Orvieto, Viterbo, one-of-a-kind Civita di Bagnoregio, and Pitigliano. For archeology lovers, there are the Etruscan necropolises of Pianezze, Centocamere and Crocefisso del tufo. The fascinating “Bomarzo Park of Monsters” is also within easy reach, as are the thermal spas of San Casciano dei Bagni, Terme dei Papi, Sorano, Bagni di San Filippo and Saturnia.
