Local Policies
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will be applied (all cancellations must be confirmed in writing):
- 30% of the total rental if the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day.
- 70% of the total rental if it is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day.
- 100% of the total rental if it is made between 29 and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
Arrival between 16:00 and 21:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
Pool open from 1 March to 30 November

Refundable Security Deposit in cash (mandatory): 2000.00€
Late Arrival (on request): 50.00€

A very pleasant stay with our friends. The venue was as advertised... special, right on the water, very comfortable. The only minor problem was navigating from the house to the main highway! Thank goodness for google maps! The nearby restaurant was excellent, as were our in house chef dinners.
