There are many outdoor areas with panoramic views where guests can enjoy time with family or friends. Relax in the Sicilian sun on the scenic terraces, or at the large pool area with sea views.
The villa is within easy reach of Giardini Naxos beach and the center of Taormina. Both Taormina’s old town center and the nearby beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella are easily reached by cable car. Catania, the small towns of Etna Park, the Alcantara Gorge and fishing villages of the Cyclops Riviera are an easy drive away.

Local Policies
A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will be applied (all cancellations must be confirmed in writing):
- 30% of the total rental if the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day.
- 70% of the total rental if it is made between 59 and 30 days prior arrival day.
- 100% of the total rental if it is made between 29 and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
Arrival between 17:00 and 21:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
Pool open from 1 January to 31 December

Testimonials
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house is new and in good condition, comfortable for 12 people and not too far of a drive to Taormina and the beaches although down very twisty roads. The views were beautiful but lots of power lines that weren't visible in the photos. The keyholder was very responsive and tried to help with issues (air conditioner leaking, some bug issues outside) as best as she could. Some of the photos are a little misleading. The pool is at street level and not at a higher elevation as it seems from the photos so less private than we thought. The owner showed up a few times when we had questions or when there was cleaning which we found a bit odd and didn't really like too much. I would recommend but do find the rates quite pricey now that we have stayed there. You are paying to be near Taormina.
