A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

Excellent. The welcome from Federica and the provision of food and drink supplies for tired travellers on arrival was really appreciated. The property is in a good position, lots of space, private, clean and with good furniture. All slept well and enjoyed using the pool. Very hot on the week we stayed, so the shaded patio was great for eating. A bit of a steep walk to the beach, but we got to like Fontane Bianchi, and the property itself was excellent with attentive support from Federica.
