A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

The villa provided a wonderful final six days to our fortnight in Sicily. We loved the exceptional view of the sea and view onto Taormina in the distance, and the outside space was beautifully landscaped. The inside space was immaculately clean and the bedrooms and open-plan living space - if not opulent – was tasteful and very comfortably furnished in a way that invited blissful relaxation. The only significant issue was the intermittent wi-fi. Across our six days, this was down nearly as much as it was up. This made booking things and checking in for flights etc frustrating and time consuming. Our local agent, Alessandra did everything in her power to sort matters out, but ultimately the problem was down to the weak Internet infrastructure. Alessandra, by the way, was a real asset, providing a warm and hospitable welcome, great backup and tourist advice and good a beguiling sense of humour.
