A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

From the arrival through the gate, this home was a perfect choice for our stay in Sicily. The house is comfortable and well-designed. It is bright and spacious with many outdoor sitting areas for dinner or relaxing. The property is beautifully maintained with incredible views of the farmland all around. It is peaceful and remote, yet Noto and Ispica are easy to get to. This is a property I would like to have for my own.
