A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

A big wonderfull house. Good atmosphere and a nice outdoor area. The pool was soooooo good (the kids had to use bathingshoes becase of the rough bottom). Well-equipped house, but a little upgrade in the kitchen (knives, fridge) and in the outdoor aerea would not harm. We stayed 10 people for 14 good days. Barbara, the keyholder, was incredibly nice and easy to get in contact with.
