SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

Testimonials
We stayed here for a week in April. The villa was easy to find and close to local supermarkets / restaurants and so on.
It was clean with equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens which were excellent. The garden furniture around the house and the variety of seating areas were all very comfortable and allowed you to follow the sun. The pool was large and clean regularly by Corrado who popped in every few days. The property was enclosed and with the electronic gate, and not being overlooked, provided privacy.
Our contact, Matia, was an excellent host who provided plenty of information regarding the villa and the local area, including restaurants in Marzememi and Noto. She was always available and responded to questions when asked. When we arrived there was a bottle of local bubbly, and essential such as milk and fruit in the fridge.
We all (six) were impressed by the property and would recommend this to relax and to explore the south-east corner of Sicily.
