A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

We spent 7 days in the house and enjoyed very much the stay. We particularly appreciated Roberta who took good care from us from the check in through the stay, by cooking excellent Italian dishes at a reasonable price. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need for a nice vacation without stress. Highly recommended!

The villa was lovely and the lady who greeted us was fantastic. It was a shame that the pool was not cleaned midweek as specified, as it became quite dirty. The villa could benefit from air conditioning as it was very hot during our visit, also mirrors in the bedrooms would be an advantage. The driveway particularly near the gate was very rough and a concern when driving a hire car. On the whole it was a very pleasant stay and a good base for visiting much of what Sicily has to offer.
