The villa is stunning and the pool is fantastic. There are however many issues with the property that needs to be rectified. The TV did not work, the low power to the property meant you could not use the appliances when the air conditioners were on. We were locked out of the property as the front gate would not open. There was no kettle, we had to get one, neither the toaster or the espresso machine had the right plugs on them to use. The property did not have a welcome letter explaining how to use the appliances or requirements for managing the property, i.e. recycling and use of bins. Other then that, the owner (Marzia) and the agent (Rosaria) who met us and helped us with all our needs were excellent.
