Accessed from both outside and inside the main villa:
Ground floor: entrance into living area, dining area and kitchenette (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher).
First floor: twin bedroom (opens over the area below) and bathroom with shower. This bedroom can be made linked to the main house via an internal door which connects with one of the double rooms described on the second floor of the main villa.

We were so happy that we found Villa Giacomo. There where no big surprises. The pictures were very simliar to reality. The owner Leo was very helpful and easy to contact (via whatsapp). We were lucky to have really warm and sunny weather in the middle of October. Everyone told us that it´s usually not that warm. The youngsters enjoyed the pool although it was aprox. only 18 degrees warm. We thought it was heated but apparently not. We adults only took morning dips in the pool. The house is 6,4 km uphills from the town Castiglion Fiorentino which was a really beautiful small town. The road up to the house was sometimes very narrow. So you better drive carefully. The kitchen and the kitchen table was big enough for nine people. We would gladly visit Villa Giacomo again.

"This villa is new, very well equipped and located in a terrific (and somehow remote) setting. Our family of five enjoyed everything in this house and the pool! We felt very welcomed during the check-in and the check-out was fast and easy! We used the villa for one-day visits to Sienna and Firenze while returning home to benefit from some quiet and "alone" time, away from the August crowds... We really wished we could have stayed much longer and had more time to visit the surrounding villages. We would recommend this villa without hesitation!"
