Guests of Maggiano have at their disposal a large, private garden with panoramic views and an above-ground pool for their exclusive use.
If you are looking for a holiday with family or friends, you will not be disappointed by this house with panoramic views, surrounded by nature in the Chianti hills near Florence. A beautiful portico equipped with table and chairs allows you to dine while enjoying fantastic views of the countryside.
The owners live in the adjacent unit, and are kind, polite and able to provide excellent recommendations for making the most of your holiday in Tuscany. They have a separate entrance to their unit and do not share any of the guests’ outdoor spaces.
The house’s strategic location is less than an hour by car from the area’s most important sites: San Gimignano, Certaldo, Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca and the Tuscan coast.

Belle villa au milieu des vignes, avec une très belle vue sur la campagne et les Apennins. Idéalement située : Florence, Sienne et Pise sont à moins d’une heure.
Spacieuse et dotée d’une terrasse très agréable, la villa est bien adaptée à une grande famille. Malgré quelques manques (plats pour le four, cafetière très lente), l'équipement de la cuisine est satisfaisant.
L’accueil sympathique de Sara, la propriétaire qui vit sur place, rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Location and views were superb. Owner lived on site and was friendly and helpful. Accomodation comprised a lot of bedrooms plus a lounge and a kitchen. Kitchen equipment was plentiful but a bit tired. Boiler broke down during the stay but was quickly fixed. We also used the concierge service for a dinner at the Villa which was excellent.

Splendide villa dans un environnement de rêve à l'écart de tout pour profiter pleinement de la dolce vità italienne ! Nous avons eu quasiment chaque soir des couchers de soleil de folie au dessus des appenins, une pure merveille. Amateurs d'astronomie, vous serez logins des lumières des villes et pourrez donc observer les étoiles facilement. Situation à 1/2h de Florence, 3/4 h-1h de Pise et Sienne. Enfin, les hôtes Sara et son fils Pietro sont très gentils et avenants. (Sara habite sur place pendant la saison touristique dans une partie complètement isolée de la maison). Merci pour cette semaine magique !

We stayed with friends and family (6 adults and 6 kids) and it was perfect for us. Dinner outside with a view on the vineyard. Quiet rooms. Nice pool. Perfect! Only cons (if you care about it) is distance to any decent city (45min).

Adorable maison décorée avec un goût sûr, adorable propriétaire et magnifique jardin, vue Toscane typique - super emplacement entre Florence et Sienne, plein de restaurants extra proche. On a adoré !

Tout d'abord la localisation, elle est en tous points conforme à ce que je recherchais au niveau de l'environnement (paysage typique de Toscane) et de la proximité avec les sites de Florence et Sienne entre autres.
Concernant la maison elle est spacieuse et confortable, le terrain est vaste et joliment aménagé.
Toutefois 2 problèmes à signaler,
1. un petit, relatif à une cafetière en panne (signalée et non remplacée pendant le séjour)
2. Un plus important relatif au manque de pression d'eau dans la maison rendant la prise de douches délicate selon le nombre de salles de bain occupées ou d'équipements en marche (lave- linge et/ou vaisselle).
Ceci-dit mes amis et moi-même avons passé un excellent séjour rendu plus agréable encore du fait du peu de touristes.
Enfin concernant votre accompagnement j'ai apprécié votre disponibilité notamment lors de mon contre temps à l'arrivée pour un problème de bateau et vous en remercie.

“Very lovely home, amazing facilities and welcoming hosts. The garden, pool and view were the highlight of the trip, as well as friendly hosts. The only part that was strange was that the hosts lived in the same building, even though it was cordoned off from our area. I also wished all the fees were included on Airbnb, however we had to pay some fees in cash which I personally do not like. However, it was an amazing weekend and would still recommend it!”

Très belle maison au milieu de la toscane, Chemin de piste pour y arriver, des commodités intérieures à améliorer mais espace parfait pour passer un weekend entre amis, par contre pas de bruit toléré a partir de 11h a tenir en compte! Pas pu profiter de la piscine a cause du temps, plus petite de ce qu’on dirait sur les photos mais agréable quand même.”

Sara could not have been a better host. The villa has a stunning location surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The sunsets over the stunning view fantastic. It had everything we needed in the kitchen for our group of 11. The pool is great for cooling off, but is very shallow. The olive trees that fill the garden are great for hiding under from the summer sun. There are no bars, shops etc within walking distance so a car is essential.
