16th century farmhouse just a few kilometers from Marradi, a small Tuscan village on the border between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna.
A beautiful locality in Tuscany that offers to its visitors all the beauties of the region, a landscape gorgeous well known in the world for its history, the territorial beauties and the gourmet specialties. Marradi offers a beautiful pool to live hours of relax with family and friends and a spacious garden for the outdoors days which enhances your summer feasts. The house has been divided into comfortable apartments and they are available for rent and offer the opportunity for a relaxing vacation in contact with nature.
The surrounding landscape is characteristic of the Mugello and the Apennines of Tuscany and Romagna, with thriving nature, woods and beautiful chestnut groves. A network of trails winds through the area, allowing visitors to discover its special spots and flavors on foot, by bike, or on horseback. In the town of Marradi (just 4,5 km away), there is a train station with convenient connections to Florence, Faenza, Bologna and Ravenna. The Adriatic sea is about 80 km away, with excellent restaurants along the coast where you can taste traditional local fish specialties.
Access to the property is via a short stretch of unpaved road in good condition and suitable for any vehicle.

We enjoyed our stay in Marradi. The swimming pool is beautiful. The apartment is well furnished. There is the need for more storage space for food. We could have used more light as we paint. It is quite handy to the road and right across from a good grocery store. The owner was very helpful with all questions and requests. He was readily available and the facility is interesting in terms of history. The valley it is located in is very beautiful.
