Moriolo is a beautiful, new four-apartment complex in Piano di Moriolo, Tuscany.

The building’s long history dates back to the year 786, when it was the tower of a military fort known as Castrum Moriori. Centuries later, in 1751, it became the property of the Pazzi, a noble Florentine family, who converted it into a farm house. The current owners have undertaken an invaluable renovation, transforming it into a comfortable, charming and elegant country house.

The four apartment rentals are perfect for a pleasant vacation in Tuscany: the property not only offers all amenities, it is also within easy distance of the area’s most important attractions such as San Miniato (famous for its truffles), Florence, Siena, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca and the Versilia Riviera.

Guests of the two vacation apartments will have use of:

Distances: San Miniato Alto (shops and restaurants) 4 km, San Miniato Basso (shops of all kinds) 7 km, San Gimignano 40 km, Florence, Pisa and Lucca are all approximately 45/55 km away, the Versilia Riviera on the Tuscan coast (beaches, beach resorts, and famous night spots) about 70 km.

Extra services: it is possible to organize numerous services such as wine tours, truffle hunts, cooking classes, and dinners at the property (dinners for minimum 10 people only).
