Casale delle Mele is a beautiful independent villa for rent with private, panoramic pool in Umbria; situated just a few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno, on the border of the splendid regions of Tuscany and Umbria.
The house is very spacious and has been renovated preserving its original architectural features. Casale delle Mele offers 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and can comfortably accommodate up to 6/8 people.
The location is very quiet, with a well-tended garden adorned with many plants (rosemary, lavender, cyclamen) surrounding the house.
Located on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, this property is within easy reach of the historic and artistic treasures of central Italy (Lake Trasimeno, Val d’Orcia, Cortona, Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Perugia etc).
Access to the house is via a short section of unpaved road in excellent condition.
The owners are very kind and hospitable people who live in an annexe a few metres from the villa away, but they do not share either the garden or the pool (which remain for the exclusive use of guests).

Absolutely beautiful property - beyond idyllic. The house is positioned in a private and quiet location, affording privacy. The owners reside on the property but this was no issue at all and they diligently maintained the amazing pool each morning before we got up. The house itself is beautifully appointed with tasteful and homely decor, good sized bedrooms and communal spaces. The kitchen had everything we could have thought of using. Genuinely the home you dream of staying in in the Italian countryside!

Casale Delle Mele exceeded all expectations. The property is exactly as described—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and full of character. The house is spacious and elegant, and the pool is a standout feature, perfect for relaxing under the sun.
The owners were welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location offers easy access by car to excellent restaurants, beautiful towns & villages, and Lake Trasimeno, with plenty to explore nearby.
We left feeling truly refreshed—an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.
