Thanks to its 6 bedrooms, Villa Collina can sleep up to 12 people and is perfect to have a family and friends reunion. Its interiors have been carefully furnished and externally the house offers equipped spaces to fully enjoy the beauty of the place.
Villa Collina is in the village, but has a large garden which develops on the side of a hill until reaching a panoramic swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests.
The position of this house allows guests to easily reach the most important centres in Umbria such as Montegabbione, Città della Pieve, Panicle, Piegaro, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia, etc. Furthermore, Villa Collina represents a perfect combination between a village house and a country house, offering a truly special stay.

1 step below: kitchen (2 ovens, dishwasher, 6 fires, 2 refrigerators, freezer, Nespresso coffe maker, kettle, toaster), laudry room with washing machine and dryer. Near the kitchen there are 2 double bedrooms (air conditioned) which share a bathroom between the two bedrooms (every room has its own door that opens and closes the bathroom). One of those two rooms has an access from the outside and from the inside, crossing the other room and the bathroom: in this case it turns into a passage room. Both rooms have direct access to the patio.
First floor: living room (with a not working and not usable fireplace) with TV and access to a panoramic terrace with table and chairs for 12 people and a gas grill, double bedroom (air conditioned), bathroom with shower, double bedroom (air conditioned).
Second floor: double bedroom (air conditioned) with double shower (in the room) and private bathroom, double bedroom (air conditioned) with double shower (in the room) and private bathroom and access to a private roof terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding area.

The house is perfect for more families. We were three and each had a floor for themselves with their own toilets and bathroom. Big kitchen, dining area and two living rooms gives you a spacious feeling so you can withdraw if you need some privacy. We had an absolutly wonderful week at this beautiful house! The house is modern and clean and kitchen well equipped. We spent most of our days at the pool and the poolarea is perfect to hang around for everyone. We were 6 adults och 6 children and the social areas are perfect and it never gets crowded because of the floor plan. Marisa was very friendly and helped us quickly whenever we had questions. We would love to come back some day!

Esperienza indimenticabile in questa bellissima proprietà. Ognuno di noi 12 ha goduto del massimo comfort e relax. Stanze ampie ed accoglienti, ambienti comuni ben arredati, cucina dotata di tutto, giardino e terrazze esterne dal quale la vista è mozzafiato. Un luogo affascinante! Villa Collina is every bit as beautiful as the photos and description show. It is in a tiny (no grocery shop) hilltop village accessed by very windy roads. The location is incredibly peaceful, with church bells ringing and a panoramic view that is simply outstanding. With so many interesting places to visit, we had a wonderful stay at this villa in Montegiove. A highlight was a tour of the castle, a stone’s throw away from the villa. Exploring nearby towns. The cathedral in Orvieto was unforgettable. Pleasant and friendly owner.

We had a great time in Montegiove! As a big group of friends we wanted to spend an authentic Italian holiday and that’s exactly what we got. The house is a typical old fashioned Italian villa with a lot of space, a great kitchen and lots of bed/- and bathrooms. Also there are many different spots like the two big balconies, the terraces outside and the pool downstairs where you can enjoy a nice dinner with your family or friends - always included is the amazing view over the landscape. Last we want to thank you Marisa for the easy check-in, the informations about the region & always being available if we needed help We can fully recommend this place!

Fantastisch, warm italiaans huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien en bijna alles is er! Prachtige zwembad, genieten in de natuur. Ligt wel afgelegen, paar huizen in de buurt maar geen voorzieningen. Die zijn 15-20 minuten rijden.
