SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
Should the client for any reason cancel a booking, the following cancellation charges will be applied (all cancellations must be confirmed in writing to Posarellivillas):
- 50% of the total rental amount if the cancellation is made 75 days or more prior the arrival day.
- 100% of the total rental amount if the cancellation is made between 74 days prior arrival and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
