The distinguishing indoor features of this marvelous villa are its fine furnishings and light from large windows, which work perfectly with the traditional Salento architecture (vaulted ceilings, exposed stonework and white walls).

The small annex is a romantic suite with a small indoor pool, which can be heated for an extra fee upon request. Inside, however, there is a double sofa bed, not a regular bedroom.
In the large garden scattered with centuries-old olive trees, you can relax and enjoy time together by the infinity pool, in the elegant loggia in front of the pool, and the nearby barbecue area.

Finally, from Tenuta Palù you can easily explore the surrounding area, from Torre Guaceto nature reserve (15 minute drive) to the beaches of Torre Santa Sabina (10 minute drive).

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 60 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
If a booking is cancelled 60 days or less prior arrival, the full rental amount is not refundable.
