Lovely country villa rental situated on the hills of the famous Chianti Classico area, about 20 km from Siena, Tuscany.
Casa Maria Luisa guarantees privacy and comfort as well as a wonderful swimming pool where guests can enjoy precious moments of relax with friends and family, a large garden with a barbecue area that will make unique your holiday during the spring and the summer periods as well as a beautiful fireplace that will make the ambience warmer and comfortable in the colder periods.
The interiors of this vacation rental are tastefully furnished using materials from Tuscany. Outside a private area equipped and allows you to eat al-fresco and enjoy the beautiful surrounding landscape. A beautiful swimming pool is located a few meters away and its use is shared with the guests of other units. At the front of the house there is spacius paved terrace. It is furnished with a table, six folding chairs, a large parasol and a barbecue. The terrace is surrounded by a gated fence and tall plants which offer some privacy. Attached to the side of the villa on the ground floor level is a furnished loggia which faces out towards a well maintained fenced garden.
Located in the gorgeous territory of the Toscana Region, this holiday villa rental offers a charming panorama over the landscape of Chianti and allows to enjoy all the natural resources and also the historical and gastronomical features of this wonderful location in Chianti.

The house is 25 km from Siena and it is situated in the center of the production area of Chianti with the opportunity to find many wineries with wine tasting. In the area you can visit many castles (Brolio, San Felice, Bossi, etc ..) and medieval churches. At 5 km away the Siena Bettolle (4 lanes) that can reach Perugia (100 km), Assisi (120 km), Arezzo (80 km), Florence (95 km).
Interior Description

Entry to the villa is via the basement level directly into an open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. The lounge area is furnished with a sofa that faces a flat screen television. Close by is a wooden dining table with four chairs. To the left is a small bathroom with shower.The spacious kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with separate freezer compartment. There is plenty of cupboard and workspace available. The kitchen is divided from the rest of the room by a breakfast bar with three stools. At the opposite side of the room is a staircase leading up to the ground floor.
Ground floor (accessible via a nice outdoor area and equipped): dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and kitchenette (oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster), room with washing machine, bathroom with shower.
First floor: living room with sofa beds, satellite TV, and access to an outdoor area with veranda. From here on access to large garden. Bathroom with shower.
At the top of the stairs on the 1st floor is a bright and airy lounge.
This room offers plenty of space and is furnished with two sofas centred around a television. Other furnishings include three wooden cabinets and a dining table with four chairs. French doors open out onto the loggia and garden. A second set of French doors open out onto a small Juliet balcony which overlooks the front terrace. There is also access to a bathroom with shower from the lounge.
Second floor: at the top of the stairs on the second floor and directly ahead is the double bedroom. This bright airy room is furnished with a wrought iron double bed, two matching double wardrobes and a chest of drawers. French doors open onto a large balcony which looks across the hamlet towards the vineyards and hills beyond. To the right of the stairs is a bathroom with shower. Next to this is the twin bedroom. It comprises of two single iron beds, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. French doors open out onto the large balcony which is shared with the double bedroom.
In both bedrooms there is an air conditioning very quiet.

Genoten van ons verblijf in Casa Maria Luisa, zowel in het verblijf als de omgeving. Erg aimabele gastheer, die ons verwelkomde met aandacht en behulpzaamheid, met bovendien een klein welkomsgeschenk in de vorm van plaatselijke producten die we konden bereiden. Erg flexibel ook (door onverwachte omstandigheden later aangekomen) qua beschikbaarheid en oplossen van vraagjes. Alle nodige voorzieningen aanwezig, rustige omgeving, toffe restaurantjes in het kleine dorpje aanwezig. Uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van de regio, zowel qua natuur als cultuur, dit naargelang het aantal KM je wil afleggen door de kronkelige wegen in de heuvels . Blij met onze keuze.

Highly recommend! We can’t say enough good things about the rental. This was our first time in Tuscany, and the last stop on our trip. The accommodation, and also the surrounding area, exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return again. Maria and Fabio are incredibly welcome hosts and are very thorough with the check in information. The home is very well equipped, is beautiful and feels very new but fashioned in a traditional style. Two bedrooms with three beds, three bathrooms all with a shower, as well as fold out couches available for extra sleeping. The kitchen is perfect, and the kitchen garden is beautiful and private, includes an outdoor seating area and grill. The second floor garden has an olive tree, a seating area, and an incredible view of the neighbouring vineyard and olive trees.
The pool area is very nice, and we did spend an afternoon swimming (for us Canadians it was tolerable temperatures for outdoor swimming in May).
The location is a short walk to Villa a Sesta which has a few very impressive restaurants. With a family of 4, including two small children, we really enjoyed Ristorante Enoteca Villa di Sotto and returned twice.
We also made a few day trips from this area, the location was very convenient and there are many neighbouring towns and also not that far from Florence or Pisa to go for the day.
Our only regret is not staying longer!

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, voll ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr großzügig und hilfsbereit, konnte bei jeder Frage helfen und war schon vor Anreise hilfsbereit, dass man gut ankommt.

Sehr schönes Haus. Der Besitzer hatte, da wir sehr spät angekommen sind, etwas für das Wochenende eingekauft + 1 Flasche Wein des örtlichen Weingutes. Schöner Pool und insgesamt alles sehr sauber und ruhig. Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Kommen gerne wieder.

Der Urlaub im Casa Maria Luisa war wunderschön. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Fabio willkommen geheißen. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein - sympathischer Gastgeber!!!

Echt Toscaans huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtig uitzicht. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de Chianti streek te ontdekken. Ook per fiets. Ik zou zeker nog een keer terug gaan.

Rundrum sehr gut eingerichtet, insbesondere in der Küche alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Ruhig gelegen, der Pool ist ein weiteres Highlight. Sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge nach Siena, San Gimignano etc. Fussläufig ist das sehr leckere Restaurant Villa di Sotto erreichbar. Ganz besonders danke an Fabio, unseren Ansprechpartner vor Ort, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Nur zum empfehlen!

Une maison et un lieu très agréable où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Proche de Sienne et de beaucoup d'autres villes et villages à découvrir. Une cuisine complètement équipée, il ne manque rien. Meme les produits de base, de première nécessité sont fournis! Des vignes, des oliviers, de jolies vues des différentes terrasses de la maison. Environnement charmant et très propre. La maison était tout à fait fidèle à la description du site internet. Piscine agréable, au calme, peu de monde. 3 salles de bain dans la maison toutes avec fenêtre.Merci à Fabio pour son accueil incroyable. Nous sommes arrivés très tard à cause de la circulation et il était là pour nous accueillir avec des produits pour notre dîner et petit déjeuner très dsponible aussi. Nous sommes ravis de l'accueil reçu.

We had a super holiday! Thanks to Fabio for the warm welcome! We were very delayed and Fabio just waited until we got there. There was breakfast arranged, lovely wine oil sausage and bread. The house was very clean and spacious! We can recommend this place to everyone. Siena, Florence and San Gimignano are just a few places closeby who are worth a visit. Also Arezzo was surprisingly nice! In the village down the hill is a small supermarket and an ice cream shop with delicious coffee. Dinner you can have in Villa a Sesta just a 10 min walk with a lovely view over the wineyards. Definitely would return!!

Beautiful house with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. The welcome pack left by Fabio the owner was probably the best we've ever had.
The property was immaculately kept and the various seating areas were well equipped and maintained.
Great location, just a 5 minute walk to the local village with 4 restaurants and amazing views. The villa is a short drive 20 minutes to Sienna. There are lots of old medieval villages within a 30-40 minute drive.
Kitchen and dining was well equipped. We chose to eat in the lower garden, then retired to the first floor garden for evening drinks. The bedrooms and furnishings were very comfortable and furnished beautifully.
Fabio was an excellent host. One suggestion for future visitors, provide an information folder of all the local castle's and medieval buildings in the area.

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Urlaub mit unseren Kindern in diesem Haus. Alles war so, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Das Landgut liegt ruhig in schönster Umgebung. Alles ist gut zu erreichen ohne Stundenlang Auto fahren zu müssen um die Chianti Dörfer zu besuchen. Man kann dort gut Spazieren gehen und danach in kleine Lokale einkehren!
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Besitzer sehr nett. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!
