Casale La Valle is located in the heart of the Resort Castelfalfi, the small medieval town returned to life after a careful restoration work.
Castelfalfi has a centuries-old history: in fact, the Lombard Faolfi laid the castle’s foundations in the 700s. In the early 2000s, restoration and renovation of the hamlet and its surrounding 1000 hectares of land was undertaken. This careful work brought back to life an authentic jewel of Tuscan architecture and historical tradition.
The hole 3 of the Golf Club Castelfalfi (27 holes) is just few steps away from the apartments.
The property is composed of 4 apartaments and they share a panoramic swimming pool.
At guests' disposal: the units of Casale La Valle have a private garden for dining outdoors and also have a shared garden with a shared swimming pool (12 x 5 depth 1.40 mts) equipped with tables, chairs, loungers and a barbecue. Parking space for each apartment.

Brilliant! We had a fabulous stay. The villa is gorgeous and spacious and very comfortable.
Attention to detail when the place was refurbished - it was beautiful.
The bathrooms were of high standard and good shower heads and pressure.
Ideally located in serene part of Castelfalfi. Scenery was beautiful and peaceful. The Toscana Resort nearby is an amazing spot for a meal or sunset drink - treat yourself!
Recommend for anyone who wants a quiet place to relax.
Only two small points would be - the bed in the main bedroom was hard and felt like it was old. (Time for a new bed?) We bought a mattress topper from Ikea! The pool was also quite cold despite it being end of summer and weather was still hot.
All in all, we would recommend and definitely return.

Casala La Valle liegt auf dem Gelände des Toscana Resorts Castelfalfi und die Zufahrt wird abends verschlossen. So können nur Gäste des Resorts auf das Gelände kommen. Das gekoppelt mit einem Sicherheitsdienst, der regelmäßig nach dem Rechten schaut, gibt einem in der etwas abgelegenen Gegend ein Gefühl von Sicherheit.
Durch die Lage des Ortes erreicht man die Touristenmagnete Pisa, Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano und Volterra recht gut. Supermärkte sind allerdings nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Da in der Küche der geräumigen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung ein großer Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierschrank mit 3 Fächern vorhanden ist, lässt es sich aber gut auf Vorrat einkaufen. Das Gebäude und das Außengelände sind sauber und gut gepflegt.
Die Betreuung durch Posarelli war sehr gut. Auf unsere Fragen wurde umgehend geantwortet und nach Rücksprache war es sogar möglich, vor dem offiziellen Check-in Zeitfenster in die Wohnung zu kommen. Auch das Auschecken lief reibungslos.
Da wir alleine Im Haus waren, konnten wir nach anregenden Ausflügen die Ruhe in einer wohltuenden Umgebung genießen. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist einfach traumhaft schön, Toskana wie aus dem Bilderbuch!

The villa and surrounding area are even more beautiful than the photos suggest. We spent six days there and were sad to leave. Castelfalfi is very centrally located to all the major towns in Tuscany. Most places are about 30-45 minutes away. The villa itself is within a beautiful hotel and golf resort, so you have access to nice restaurants on the property nearby. We loved the kitchen. It has two large sets of French doors that open up completely so that you feel like you’re indoor/outdoor at the same time. We loved cooking and eating there - though we mostly ate in the covered patio, which has a nice picnic table.We loved the kitchen. However the property is well maintained and we saw staff cleaning the pool a few times during our stay.

hervorragend. Wir hätten uns einige kleine Messer für Obst und Brettchen gewünscht.
Für ein gemütliches Essen mit der Familie im Freien wären statt der Holzbank Stühle mit Lehne bequemer. Ebenfalls haben wir Liegestühle auf der Terrasse vermisst.

Splendid house/apartment in a quiet location. Tidy and sufficiently equipped. Magnificent views.
Inside: perfect air conditioning. Wi-fi is weak and only works in the kitchen, living room and one bedroom. Well equipped: dishwasher and washing machine work perfectly and are clean. Some doors to go outside do not open, it should be repaired. There was an ant invasion but the staff took care of it.
Outside: nice roofed terrace to enjoy your meals. The pool is wonderful yet there were a lot of bugs in it even though it is cleaned everyday. It didn't take the fun away. We were there alone but in case of multiple guests, there is not enough pool furniture.
Logistics and arrangement: staff is friendly and willing to help. We had an issue with the magnetic card to enter the domain. It could have been prevented but they came wit a solution. The arrangement of having to pay the deposit cash and then have a refund on your bank account is old fashioned. There should be a better administrative flow. Overall: splendid stay, nice apartment. We recommend it!

Eine sehr schöne moderne Wohnung; sie hat uns richtig gut gefallen!
Es war sogar noch so warm, dass wir ab und zu in den Pool gesprungen sind. Der Garten und der Hof von aussen sind malerisch, genauso wie das Dorf. Man kann wunderbar wandern in dieser sehr ruhigen Gegend.

We rented both apartments with 6 friends for a golf holiday. It was a complete success! The weather was great, so we were able to play golf in the morning and in the evening and rested at the swimming pool during our lunch break. The apartments are beautiful! We immediately felt at home and found it very comfortable. We were in Siena and San Gimignano: both beautiful but very busy! However, returning to the apartment every afternoon was very welcome and relaxing.

Sehr schöner Besitz in fantastischer Umgebung. Wir waren allerdings nicht viel unterwegs, nur 1 mal in Florenz, das darf man sich natürlich nicht entgehen lassen! Es gab sehr viele kleine Ausstellungen und Handwerker- Märkte die uns unglaublich gut gefallen haben. Ansonsten haben wir die Ruhe am Pool genossen und sind Golf spielen gegangen, was ein waren Traum war!

Tagsüber wandern oder Golf spielen, Abend am Kamin sitzen bei köstlichen Speisen dessen Zutaten wir immer auf Märkten kaufen konnten, was will man mehr? Da blieb nichts zu wünschen übrig!
